If you need help right now
- Immediate danger or medical emergency: Call 911.
- Suicidal thoughts, self-harm urges, or emotional crisis: Call or text 988.
- Not an emergency, but you need support: Text GLPS at (910) 467-8653.
If you are with someone who may be at risk, stay with them and remove access to lethal means if it is safe to do so, while contacting 911/988.
What GLPS can and can’t do
- GLPS can: provide peer support, help you identify next steps, connect you to resources, and support recovery planning.
- GLPS cannot: provide emergency response, crisis intervention services, or clinical treatment.
