    What the Secure Portal is

    A secure, privacy-forward method for exchanging documents or details when standard email/web messaging is not appropriate. This may include intake documents, referral paperwork, or other coordination items that require added protection.

    When you should use it

    • Document exchange is required (forms, releases, referral paperwork)
    • Details are sensitive and should not be sent via standard email
    • You are a provider/partner sending structured referral documentation

    When NOT to use it

    • Emergency situations (use 911/988)
    • Quick support needs (use call/text)
    • If you are unsure what to send (start with Intake & Referrals)
